Terms and Conditions

Contract essence and acceptance

This agreement covers how to get to the OneRed website, apps, and all the gaming features that are part of the service. You agree to these Terms and Conditions by going to the platform, making an account, putting money in, placing bets, or taking part in promotions. Don’t go any farther if you don’t agree. Along with other agreements that define privacy, cookies, product regulations, and how promotions work, these Terms are in effect. When multiple texts overlap, the phrasing that best fits the case will decide what happens, and consumer safeguards will still apply without any changes.

Reading guide and definitions

References to OneRed mean the operator responsible for offering the service in the Netherlands. References to you or the player mean the natural person who opens and uses an account for personal entertainment. Mentions of the authority refer to the national regulator for games of chance. Mentions of the register refer to the national exclusion register used to block access when a person has been excluded. These signposts help with clarity; they do not change the substance of your rights.

Legal foundation and supervision

OneRed is offered under the body of Dutch law that governs games of chance and is supervised by the national gambling authority. The public goals of that framework are consumer protection, prevention of harm, deterrence of crime, and a market that is fair and transparent. Our internal policies, controls, and technical measures are shaped to reflect those goals. Nothing here removes rights that cannot be removed under binding law. If any clause is incompatible with a mandatory rule, the rule prevails while the remainder of the text continues to operate.

Who may use the service

Access is limited to adults who meet the legal standard for gambling participation in the Netherlands. You may open and use an account only on your own behalf and only for personal entertainment. Commercial, organized, or professional play is not allowed. Use of technologies that conceal or alter location or identity is prohibited. The national exclusion register, known as CRUKS, serves as a barrier for individuals who should not be allowed to gamble; if you are listed, gambling features will be disabled, and access will be limited to non-gambling information.

Entering and leaving the platform

A contract arises when you accept these Terms within the registration flow or when you continue using the service after a clear notice of these Terms. Where law, licensing, or technical practice evolves, OneRed may update this document. A material change will be signposted inside the service and, where required, acceptance will be collected before the change applies to you. If you do not agree with an update, you should stop using the service and begin the account closure process. Ending the relationship does not affect rights and duties that sensibly continue.

Single account rule and integrity

Everyone can have one account. You can’t share, transfer, or exchange your account. We may ask for information that proves your identity, age, residence, ownership of payment instruments, and the legal source of your cash during onboarding and during the partnership. You commit to work together quickly and keep the information up to date. OneRed may limit functionality, put a hold on withdrawals, or close the account to safeguard the platform and follow the law if the information given is insufficient, inconsistent, or can’t be verified.

Continuous verification and monitoring

Identification is an ongoing process rather than a single checkpoint. Documents or data may be requested again when circumstances change, when unusual patterns appear, or when the rulebook requires fresh checks. We may also perform routine verification to ensure that only the rightful holder uses the account. Declining to cooperate can result in locks on access, pauses on payouts, or closure. Records of checks are kept securely and retained according to legal requirements.

Player care and safer play

Gambling should remain recreation. OneRed maintains a duty of care that mixes guidance, tooling, and human intervention. You will find deposit caps, limits on loss and stake, time-outs, and reality prompts that help you remain in control. When risk indicators show a trend that could be harmful, we may contact you, suggest adjustments, or apply restrictions to support healthier play. You can trigger a short break at any time, and you can enroll in the national exclusion register for a stronger barrier that applies across licensed operators. Independent help is available without interruption, and our team can direct you to well-known support services.

Limits, affordability, and interventions

Default caps and affordability checks form part of the Dutch approach to responsible gambling. Younger adults as defined by law are subject to stricter protective thresholds. When your activity approaches internal guardrails, we may ask questions, request documents, or recommend lower limits. If protective conditions are not met, OneRed can reduce limits, block further deposits, or restrict access to certain products. The aim is to prevent harm, maintain fairness, and keep entertainment at the center of the experience.

Payments, deposits, and withdrawals

Deposits are accepted only through methods offered in your account and held in your own name. Ownership can be checked at any time. Withdrawals ordinarily return funds through an appropriate route once identity and security steps are complete. OneRed does not operate as a bank and does not grant interest on balances. If a payment is reversed without a valid basis, the amount may be deducted, features may be paused while an inquiry is conducted, and recovery of losses may be pursued. Where payment networks or banking partners introduce processing time, we surface status information in the service when practicable.

Anti-money-laundering and sanctions

The platform complies with the Dutch anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorist-financing framework and with sanctions obligations. Transactions are monitored for unusual patterns. When legal thresholds are met, we request more information and, where required, file a report with the competent authority. In some situations we are not allowed to inform you that a report has been made. Staff receive ongoing training, and internal oversight procedures are reviewed for effectiveness.

Product rules and game integrity

Games rely on certified random number generators and approved live gaming systems. Independent assessment, change control, and layered security form part of the technical framework. If a round is interrupted by a platform incident, a network disruption, or a similar event outside your control, settlement follows the rules for that product. When a fair outcome cannot be confirmed, the round may be voided and the stake restored or another remedy applied as described in the house rules. Planned maintenance may occur, and notices will appear inside the service when feasible.

Live content, etiquette, and moderation

Live tables and interactive performances have real-time chat and people who present. It is expected that you will be polite. We won’t put up with harassment, hate speech, personal threats, or trying to control presenters or other participants. OneRed may mute conversation, limit access to live sections, or block accounts that go against community standards. If a broadcast is cut off or a mistake is made by a person, the resolution processes in the game will be the same for everyone.

Tournaments, campaigns, and seasonal events

From time to time OneRed may host competitions that rank participants on a leaderboard or via other criteria. Notices explain eligibility, scoring logic, tie resolution, and award formats that may include cashable funds, bonus value, free play, or entry to later events.

Progressive prizes and pooled mechanics

Certain titles include pooled prize features that grow as people play. The contribution logic, eligibility criteria, and settlement steps are described within the game information panel. When a pooled feature is retired or replaced, contributions that are not yet committed to an outcome are handled according to supplier terms and regulatory expectations. When a pooled prize triggers, the outcome is recorded in the audit trail and resolved as described in the rules for that mechanism.

Bonus design and opt-in structure

Promotions are optional and require a clear step to join, such as pressing an opt-in button or entering a service code. Before participation, a short summary highlights key conditions, and a link opens the full terms. Topics typically include contribution rates by game type, caps on bets made with promotional currency, expiry rules, and product exclusions. Where behavior suggests abuse — for example multi-accounting, chip-dumping, or attempts to unlock rewards without genuine play — OneRed may remove a bonus, adjust balances for fairness, limit access to future offers, or close the account when necessary.

Marketing, affiliates, and creator standards

Dutch law places strict boundaries on gambling promotion. OneRed does not run untargeted campaigns and avoids channels that are likely to reach minors or vulnerable groups. Use of role models, sports associations, endorsements, and influencer content follows national restrictions. Partners must follow platform rules that forbid misleading claims, unrealistic depictions of winnings, and any suggestion that gambling solves financial difficulties. We audit partner conduct and end relationships that do not meet expectations. You can change marketing preferences in your account, though essential service notices may still be sent for security and policy updates.

Accessibility and inclusive experience

OneRed aims to be usable by people with diverse abilities. Interfaces are designed with clear structure, readable type, and support for assistive technologies where practical. When a supplier provides its own game interface, we encourage inclusive design and select vendors who prioritize usability. Feedback is welcomed and informs the roadmap for improvement.

Intellectual property and limited licence

All software, designs, artwork, text, audio, video, and brand elements on the platform are protected by intellectual-property rights owned by OneRed or by licensors. We grant a personal, limited, revocable licence to use the services for entertainment in line with these Terms. Copying, resale, framing, scraping, or reverse engineering beyond what mandatory law allows is prohibited. If you submit messages or other user-generated content, you grant OneRed a limited licence to store, display, and moderate that content to operate and safeguard the service.

Third-party services and linked resources

Some areas of OneRed rely on suppliers such as studios and payment providers. Links may lead to websites and policies that are outside our control. Visiting those resources is optional and at your discretion. Review third-party terms and privacy notices before use. If a partner service becomes unavailable, the related feature may be paused, replaced, or retired without liability beyond what the law requires.

Platform maintenance, resilience, and status

The service is engineered for safety and resilience, yet incidents can occur. We maintain monitoring, layered defenses, and recovery plans. Planned work is scheduled during quieter periods and, when feasible, status notices will appear within the product. If an outage occurs, we work to restore service promptly and apply fair treatment to any affected game rounds.

Evidence, audit trail, and authoritative records

Gameplay records, account changes, transaction histories, and service communications form the official system of record. These materials can be used to resolve disputes, demonstrate compliance, and support audits by authorities or independent assessors. Where a discrepancy exists between data shown on a device and server records, the server record will ordinarily prevail unless a clear error is shown. Logs are preserved with integrity controls and access is restricted to authorized personnel.

Privacy, data rights, and transparency

The European privacy framework and the implementation guidelines of the Netherlands both recognize OneRed as a controller. Service provision, contract fulfillment, compliance with regulations (such as those pertaining to anti-money-laundering and sanctions), integrity and security protection, and, when applicable, personalization of the user experience are all reasons why personal data is collected. Information on data types, reasons for collecting it, how long data is kept, who gets it and how it is processed, protections during international transfers, and your rights are all laid out in the Privacy Policy. Some examples of these rights are the ability to access, correct, erase, limit, transfer, and object. Your account provides the means for you to exercise these rights. The national data protection authority is another potential venue for your complaint. We use “privacy by design,” reduce data collecting, and keep encryption, permissions based on roles, and audit logs in place.

Cookies and comparable technologies

In order to secure sessions, measure performance, prevent fraud, remember preferences, and tailor content (where authorized), the platform makes use of local storage and related technologies. A consent interface allows you to manage non-essential categories and appears on the first visit and at intervals. Additional control can be found in the browser’s settings. Technologies that are vital to daily life continue to function because they make possible features as basic as login and security.

Community standards and content moderation

When chat or community features are available, you are responsible for what you post. Unlawful, defamatory, or hateful material is not allowed, nor is harassment or intimidation. We may moderate, remove, or block content and we may restrict or close accounts that repeatedly breach standards. These steps are taken to protect users and to satisfy legal and licensing obligations.

Tools for balance and calm play

Within your account you will find settings that help you tailor the experience. You can choose tighter deposit caps, shorter session limits, and stricter loss settings than the defaults. You can enable reminders that interrupt long sessions and suggest a pause. If you begin to feel pressure, use the time-out feature or seek independent support. Gambling is an activity of chance and should never be treated as a plan to change personal finances.

Experimental features and staged releases

From time to time OneRed introduces features in a staged or experimental form. Early versions can change or be withdrawn without notice if quality, safety, or compliance goals are not met. Customer feedback helps decide what becomes permanent. Throughout experiments, the same integrity and fairness rules apply.

Inactive accounts and dormancy

If there is no meaningful activity for a prolonged span, an account may be marked as inactive. We will try to alert you through in-service notices before any change in status. Where feasible, withdrawable funds are returned to a verified payment method. If we cannot reconnect, balances are safeguarded to meet Dutch requirements. Any administrative step related to dormancy will be proportionate and described clearly in the account area.

Suspension, exclusion, and closure

You may request a cool-off, a longer self-exclusion, or stricter limits at any time. Enrollment in the national exclusion register places a strong barrier across licensed operators. OneRed may suspend or close an account to protect a customer, follow supervisory directions, observe sanctions, or investigate suspected breaches. On closure, any withdrawable real-money balance is released after necessary checks, except where law requires a hold, recovery, or report. Re-activation after exclusion follows the process in the responsible-gambling rules.

Complaints and dispute handling

If something goes wrong, open a complaint through the tools provided inside your account. We will acknowledge the message, review the facts, and respond with a reasoned outcome. If you remain dissatisfied after the final position, you may seek independent advice or bring the matter before the competent Dutch courts. The regulator supervises market conduct and compliance but does not usually decide private contractual disputes. We cooperate with lawful inquiries and implement binding directions.

Liability and allocation of risk

Gambling carries risk and losses can occur. The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without an assurance of uninterrupted access or flawless software. To the extent Dutch law allows, OneRed is not liable for indirect damage such as loss of profit, loss of chance, or loss of goodwill. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under binding law, including harm caused by negligence or intentional misconduct. Your statutory rights remain in place.

Force majeure and events beyond control

Events outside ordinary control can affect availability, such as failures of underlying networks, hostile digital attacks, labour disputes, or natural phenomena. When such events arise, obligations are paused to the extent performance is prevented, and they resume when the obstacle passes. We act fairly, secure systems, and restore services as soon as reasonably possible.

Assignment and structural changes

OneRed may transfer rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with a reorganization or a change in service providers, provided statutory protections remain intact and service continuity is maintained. You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations without prior consent obtained through the mechanisms presented in the service.

Severability and waiver

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be applied to the extent permitted by law, and the rest will continue to operate. A delay or failure to exercise a right does not operate as a waiver. Any waiver granted for a particular instance does not create a pattern for future situations.

Entire agreement and interpretation

These Terms, together with the policies and rules referenced in the service, make up the entire agreement between you and the operator of OneRed concerning access to and use of the platform. Headings exist only for convenience and do not alter meaning. Words in the singular include the plural where context allows, and references to persons include legal entities when appropriate. Nothing here creates a partnership, agency, or employment relationship.

Governing law and forum

These Terms and related non-contractual obligations are governed by Dutch law. Unless mandatory consumer rules direct otherwise, disputes may be brought before the competent court in the Netherlands. The parties may agree to mediation or another consensual method of resolution before litigation, though neither party is required to do so absent a program rule that states otherwise.

Language and authoritative version

This text is provided in English for clarity. If a translation appears and differences arise, the version identified in the legal notice as authoritative will prevail.

Closing reflection

OneRed exists to provide entertainment in a setting that respects safety, privacy, and fairness. Read these Terms with care, make use of the tools that keep play balanced, and take breaks whenever they are helpful. If you are ever uncertain about a rule or a feature, guidance materials inside the service can help, and you can always step away.
